Message from the President

I am delighted to welcome and introduce you to Kehilat Kesher. Kesher was founded in 2000 by a few enterprising young families with a vision of a community synagogue based on inclusion, participation and responsibility for each and every member and that created a space that fostered personal and communal spiritual growth. Eleven years later, it is amazing to see that vision realized. Kesher is a community comprised not just of members, but of active participants. We share in the ups and downs of each other’s lives and genuinely care about the welfare of each other as well as the community as a whole. While synagogue presidency is on few people’s Top 10 … or even Top 100 jobs lists, it is an honor to lead and serve a community focused on such noble ideals.
