ETHICAL WILLS WORKSHOP

WHAT MESSAGES do you want to impart to your loved ones? ARE YOU living your ethics and values in a way that passes on these messages? Explore these questions and more in a compelling three-part workshop that will culminate in your writing a first draft of your own ETHICAL WILL.

From biblical times to present, ethical wills are letters that people bequeath to their loved ones, conveying their personal morals and wishes for those who read them.  When written thoughtfully, they can help refine our own priorities while leaving the legacy of our voice, values, and vision for a life well lived.   In this three-part workshop, you will have the unique opportunity to engage in the guided process of writing an ethical will in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Tamar Appel is a talented educator who served as Associate Principal of Ma’ayanot High School for Girls for 12 years. Over the years she has mentored teachers and leaders and led many workshops on education and leadership. Currently she is the Director of Education at Hidden Sparks, an organization that supports Jewish day schools in their endeavor to address the needs of all students in the school.
